Day 4 of Operation Cat Recovery

So far she's doing well.
The painkillers really make a difference.

I got a lot of stuff done yesterday.
Only about five things to do today, all online.

I'm not seeing MR today and no appointments.
That's good because my car is undriveable.

My car will get fixed today by valet service.
It might even be free because I think they broke it.

I get to stay home and read all day, while catwatching.
I can't wait.

It's nice and grey outside with big snow clouds.
Maybe I'll light the fire and move Hessy's tent downstairs.

My bird Havilah asked me to transport him, which has been a while since he perched on my shoulders as the last three years I was working at a biohazardous sweatshop and avoiding proximity to my flock of birds to reduce the chance of them getting sick (and they keep each other company, so it's not as bad as social isolation for those with only one bird would be.) It was cool Havi was being friendly to me again.

Went to lunch with my aunt and my daughter and her fiancé. Had my favourite style of parmigiana. Ate too much, but it was a good time.

That's so sweet. My brother has two parakeets Jimmy and Larry lol. He noticed that as soon as he got the second one, they both stopped wanting to interact with my brother very much. Now they only play together. He's happy that they have each other but misses the way they were individually too.
