Fathers' Day.
It's pretty triggery.



My dad died years ago, and I miss him a lot.
Fathers' Day used to be a big deal for us.

My kids' father is an ahole and never acted as a dad.
They're estranged except when he stalks my daughter.

MR's father was an abusive POS.
He's still in therapy about his childhood.
His late wife couldn't have kids so that makes him sad too.

My brother never got to have biological kids.
He wanted them desperately.

I'm taking flowers to my dad's grave.
Then I'll treat the kids and MR to a big supper.
Takeaway will be nice.

another bad thing, the book I bought, the seller cancelled the order because it got sold elsewhere, despite me buying it first! I really wanted it :( and I haven't even started my music project that I need done by tonight.

I’m turning 40 on the 20th and everything feels wrong. I’m not where I want to be at all. I wish I could get a do over for the past 16 years of my life or at least figure certain things out.
