I finally sold a thing which i'd had on facebook marketplace for a couple of months and I put the money in my pocket instead of in my wallet and it must have fallen out somewhere because I've lost it.

Ruminating about the same old stuff. Maybe I should try distracting myself when this very specific line of thinking comes up next time because I don’t feel like I’m making any headway with it. It’s probably a deeply entrenched, neural pathway thing.

Weight gain

Rude security guard

Secretary let me sit in the waiting room for half an hour before telling me that my appointment was on the fourth floor. s**t I almost missed my appointment because I was in the wrong waiting room! Stupid me! Stupid receptionist!

Nurse told me that work forms go to Medical Secretary, not doctor appointments. Scared the s**t out of me. Thankfully the doctor signed the form. s**t

It doesn't make sense that home Depot made me get a doctor to fill out a form that said that I could not lift over fifty pounds. The job description says, "lift fifty pounds".

My big toe has a huge crack in the nail and it's probably gonna end up ingrown. :cry:
