Being able to ask my friend a bunch of questions. He was very patient and accommodating. I LOVE asking questions. Like all the questions. Any question.

Is cold enough that the water meadows are a viable walking place again. In autumn they get too waterlogged but there's usually a couple of weeks in winter where the ground freezes and you can walk there with the sun low and long shadows and the river all misty and its just the best.
