My other one was like a slab of concrete.
Picture a Flintstones bed.
The one I just got belonged to a friend.
It's 14 years old, but feels as good as new.

He hated my old mattress.
This one doesn't even have springs.

I completed a difficult woodwork project. But it didn't make me deleriously happy because it wasn't perfect. It'll do the job but it doesn't look all that great because I had to work in a ridiculously confined space and because I didn't have access to certain specific tools that would have allowed me to do a great job. So I'm reasonably happy with my performance considering the adverse conditions, but my perfectionism has put a bit of a cap on my sense of glee.
