Cornflake locked the "Dry humour" thread before I could post the phrase "Scrofulous humour"

Which could either refer to a tuberculosis condition or a morally contaminated joke.

The blank TV screen, still. There's a way to remedy that feeling.

my nose is itchy but I'm in too poor a mood to scratch it. Cheerful people probably scratch their noses all the time.

when i told head cashier angela d that i was on break, she looked @ the schedule and told me "you're off @ 5 and you're on break right now?". (it was 4:41.) "yes". "ok".

s**t, now a manager's gonna make my worthless corpse redundant.

in my defense, i've been doing that for a couple years now, taking break @ the end of the shift, and nobody's ever said anything about it.

10am started work
12 noon break
2:30 -3 lunch
4:41 break
5 off

lunch has to be started under 4hours and 40 minutes after clocking in for shift.

work two hours and then a break.

afraid of getting made redundant by those ret*d micromanaging ass holes, s**t.

I woke up from another nightmare. People cause the nightmares, not me.

Nearly collapsed from heat exhaustion this morning, then slept through the thunderstorm that cooled the air.

I  Thunderstorms!

Now I was awoken by thunder. I had my song playing. Did I have to jump out of bed for crying out loud?

Some guy misgendered me at the flea market when I was waiting for the Handydart. He said to his buddies that the one with the wheels is a lady. I said to him, "You're lucky that you were born in the right body."
