How safe 60s London seems, compared to 2011 Langley. No wonder I live in my own little world.

A small thing, but still nice. I was sitting on the front steps of my apartment building when my new neighbor and her dog were coming back from a walk. I hadn't met either before. The dog picked up a small tree branch and brought it over to me. My neighbor said he was giving me a present and he had done that with people he liked since he was a puppy.

I had this wonderful moment with my mum. I was sad and she was brushing my hair. Then at the same time we both thought out loud that it's been so long since the last time she did it. She used to do that every day when I was little.

That's so sweet. :)

I'm so happy my dentist appointment was yesterday and behind me. :D

I scored 23 points above the average on my chemistry test.

(I haven't got my physics test back yet, but it was probably at least 23 points below average.)

^ I read that as "I punched a staff worker" for a very small period of time!

Getting through the day is enough to make me happy today.

After spending three days with no hot water; bought a new water heater (all by myself), helped plumber install it, then took a long warm shower. 8)
