So it's not me. It's bugs. Everyone in my building has bugs and Barb's worker doesn't want her getting more bugs.

There are times that I despise myself for things that I said 12 years ago. Calling German athletes Nazis and tricking myself into thinking that I looked like Mick Avory when in reality, I looked like Schultz without a helmet with a full head of dark, youthful hair. Evert third post was a video of The Kinks. It was almost like I was trying to prove something. Posting about a Cockney accent I never really had. Trying to look cool. Throwing the words, London and Routemasters around like confetti. Was I really that afraid to be myself?

Ah, that makes more sense.

Maybe you guys can meet up somewhere that she won't get exposed?

Finding out I needed to buy seven books for an upcoming class I was going to take at my school.

I dropped the class and registered for another class which will be about writing comics.

OMG. ^

As they say, women who are murdered are most likely to be killed by an intimate partner.
And they wonder why we're scared?

@CockneyRebel

That's why the most dangerous thing for a female human is a male human. Unluckily women are still in grave danger from their own species males.

On my own... not today, but yesterday. I couln't post yesterday...
I called my parents in the morning to see if they wanted to take the dog for a walk in the nearby forest. My mom let me know that it wasn't possible, because the dog had cancer... ?? News for me. I headed over to them to see how the dog was doing.
While there my mom called the vet (yes, she has not done so before, she was just certain the dark stain on the dog's belly was a sign for cancer). The vet gave her an appointment for about 5:45PM.
Luckily mom then left shortly after to meet a friend and I was with the dog and my dad.
But when my mom returned, she talked about how she would miss our dog, and what she would do without him, and what we would do with his stuff, what we would do with his boddy. Like... I was bawling. I assumed this would be the last day of my doggo's life. I mentally said good bye to my little doggie.

We packed stuff up, stuffed our bags with treats and took a towel from his bed to make sure he would have something that smells of home. We headed to the vet and waited. Dog wanted to leave, of course. He was not happy about being there.
Finally we enterd, I put the dog on the table. Vet looks at his belly and sais: "Looks like an infection to me. I will give you some antibiotics and see you in a week."
...
...
My mom even called my brother before. She wanted to tell him to come over to say good bye to the dog. My brother doesn't handel loss very well. He even didn't want any more pets, because they always die anyways. He is not good in handling grieve and bottles it all up inside. Luckily he didn't pick up her call and didn't call back. So he wasn't pulled into that drama.

She didn't call my sister because... my sister is in Paris (lives there) and she didn't want her to fly over as soon as possible and make a fuss and anoy the whole family...

I don't know... I love my mom, but stuff like that makes me wanna scream.

I feel like I'm coming down with something. I won't be able to visit my parents this weekend.

I have a very painful leg injury and need help around the house, even for basics like feeding the pets or getting to the bathroom. I can't get down the stairs to change the cat litter or let the dog out.

The kids are away, my partner is busy today, and I don't have my car even though I can't drive like this anyway. It's so frustrating that I can't do anything. It's agony to sit in any position, to lie down, to attempt sleeping, to stand, to walk or even to breathe. No exaggeration, but this is insane.

I hate whinging like this. I'm not usually such a wimp, but I saw my doctor already and the anti-inflammatories and nerve blockers aren't working. I even tried some old morphine of mine and it doesn't help.

I have to wait a week to see my doctor again.

I also have to meet my daughter's girlfriend like this, when I can't even shower or change my clothes and the house is a mess from the pets.

I don't think Canada's going to win the Wheelchair Basketball match.
