I had to pack, Im leaving the hotel tomorrow, it was so hard packing with being on my feet, I had anixety, I was breating too fast, I felt like I was going passed out.

I haven't had much of an appetite for most of the day. My outreach worker told me that I had a repugnant smell around me today. That killed my appetite for food. There are days that I'd rather be thin and sickly with good knees and no body odor than the size that I am now with the knee pain and incontinence and the smell that comes along with it.

Imagine if I went to bed tonight and woke up looking the way Ray Davies did in the Summer of 1964. That would be great. I'd smell like soap and I'd be able to run a mile.

Going to the dentist

forgot to purchase tempeh @ safeway. when i remembered, i was already @ the register paying for black pepper swiss cheese bread. that particular safeway has gates all over to deter shoplifting, so i didn't wanna go back there, b/c if i did that would look like i was shoplifting. f**k safeway.

customer had the nerve to bark "up" @ me, but he just assumed i was physically stronger than i am. f**k that ret*d ass hole

Anxiety

The next door neighbor was testing his generator, and revving it, which is a very loud droning noise that is hard to take, for something like half an hour and it's right outside my bedroom.

I had to use a public restroom and the stall door got stuck shut, and some lady had to come help me get out. Of course, I very much appreciate her doing that, I just... don't like being perceived, especially not in the restroom. >.< And then when I went to wash my hands, she was also there so I had to say "Thank you" again... I quickly slipped out of there without even drying my hands. lol

Even worse, this is a restroom I have used before and the same thing happened (except I was alone and no one was there to help me, so I had to keep working at it to get it unstuck all by myself). You'd think I would learn. xD SMH.

There are times that I don't know how to slow down and enjoy the moment that I'm in, because I'm playing out how cool I will be in the future in my mind.
