The light bulb in the bathroom is burned out, but I can't remove the light fixture to replace it. It's as if it was stuck to the ceiling with Krazy glue.

Also the paint on the ceiling in the spare room is peeling off in thick, crusty pieces. I can see cracks underneath the paint and it looks like the ceiling itself may come down any second. :(

(Sings) Ceeeilings... cracked and crusty ceeeilings... can't believe an apartment with these kinds of ceeeilings... would cost over 600$ a month...raiiiindrops...running through the cracks, now... these ceilings are all leeeaking... please bring me some pails... :roll:
