went to an unfamiliar home depot

nobody bothered me the past couple of days

only had to work half a day yesterday

bowel movements good the past couple of days

slept well the past couple of days

buses came quickly on saturday

took naps on friday, saturday, sunday, and monday

zero loading yesterday

Grover and I have a special kinship.
He's the reason I went to Uni.
My dream was to be a writer for his character with Jon Stone and Jim Henson.
Then Jim died when I was in undergrad and it changed the course of my life. :(

We have several copies of the book new and old.

Awwww!!

I just opened the card! I didn't open it before because the envelope was so pretty, and my hands were dirty from the hospital. Then I went back for more hospital.

It's a bookstore gift card to go with the bookmark! What should I get?

The old me would've finished off at least 2 long slugs of biscuits. :lol: Then it won't last an hour. And even spend an extra just to taste more.

It won't care how much my gut would feel, nor ever slow down to appreciate the tastes.
Especially when I'm stressed, bored, impatient, etc.

Really, if it weren't for genetics, I would've been overweight.



Now?
A short slug can last a day. No urge to finish it all. No effort need to resist myself. :P

I still enjoy the flavors though and I'll patiently able to just savor the flavor slowly.
And I don't need to munch something while doing something.

Hopefully this meant I no longer dump my savings over snacks.
