It's been a while since i was up early but i got up at 5.30 to get a decent walk in before it gets too hot (I was still sweaty by half six) and it's a lovely time to be out.

It is the best time of day imo. So peaceful and fresh. When I used to sleep rough as a kid it was probably the only good thing I can remember. I used to think it was because all the dust and grime from the day before had cleared.

I'm out at that time quite often. If I could be up and out for about 4:30am every day and not feel tired later on in the day then I'd be out at that time every day

Yeah I'm quite passionate about early mornings me

Yeah, I really like it too. But I forget about it sometimes. I'm glad I remembered today. I'm going to try to make a habit of it while the days are long because my walking is starting to really eat into my daytime hours when I really should be working, or at least trying to rustle up some more work.
