I'm tired every day but some are worse than others. Today I've been feeling pretty poorly.

My sister-in-law is not being supportive of my brother’s decision to go to nursing school. She disapproves of college.

You're going to have to explain that one.

raining on the way to work. shoes and pants got wet. had to change them.

saw a girl kick some dude, totally unprovoked. made me afraid someone would physically injure my worthless corpse, s**t.

covered ca's website said that i need to send proof of income, but i already did. then when i clicked on the link to "upload" the proof of income, it said that i already sent the proof. the website says two contradictory things, and i do not know what to believe, think, or do. however, covered ca says that applicants that made false statements subject to $25000 fine and jail under penalty of "perjury". meanwhile, covered ca's employees keep making mistake after mistake, and nothing ever happens to them. (rolls eyes)

The religion that my brother and I were raised in and that my SIL is still a part of is against higher education. Some of them are okay with trade school or nursing, but my SIL is more rigid. Of course, my brother is going to be an RN which is more frowned upon because it takes more time to complete. Anyway, my brother was just as rigid when they got married. He’s grown while she’s stayed exactly the same. It’s weird. I feel for her, too, because things aren’t going the way that she was expecting them to. Her husband and son are nonbelievers and won’t be in Paradise (in her indoctrinated mind). My brother is really smart and maybe would’ve become a scientist in a more favorable environment, but I try not to think about that.

Anyway, JWs basically think that Armageddon will come any day now and that people should focus on religious activities. I remember family saying that Armageddon would come before I was old enough to attend kindergarten. Not to worry! They are just as confident that it’ll come any day now as they were then. Whenever there’s an alleged sign, they freak the f**k out.

There’s a lot more to this stuff than that, but this is the condensed version.

It’s really sad that she can’t be supportive and happy for him. It’s just constant negativity.

I went to the ear doctor and after I had my hearing tested he said I need hearing aids.

I guess it was going to happen eventually. Hearing loss runs in my family and it's just another sucky thing that comes with age. My older brother got a hearing aid when he was around my age. But he never needed all kinds of surgery done on my ears like I did when I was young.

I probably won't even get them until spring, and hearing aids are not cheap. But if I do get them I finally be able to understand what people are saying. Because I can hear them, I mean. Hearing aids can't translate whatever nonsense NTs are saying. :P

I woke up later than I would have liked. And it's a bit chilly out, which I don't like.

Left my headphones turned on overnight and now I can't research my next thrash-puppy post without waking everyone.
I wish I had a USB micro cable long enough to reach my head

the days, months and years are going by so fast

i have to go to school on monday and everyone's gonna be talking about it. and then i have to see HER, and she's going to make me have a meeting with her. I hate her. She lied to me. She's been lying to me for months and I had no idea, I'm so naive.

'aunt' being so nosy and controlling, she just makes my blood boil. she makes me want to punch someone.
