I should probably rest but i want to play a game :/ But i also don't want to play a game because being sick makes me feel like not doing anything x_x I think its quite annoying.

i am puzzled by a question i have been pondering pertinent to speech impediments.
this is the question:
consider the phrase "six cents".

some people can not say the sound "S", and they substitute it with the sound "TH". these people would pronounce "six cents" as "thickth thenth".

other people can not pronounce the "TH" sound , and so they would pronounce the phrase "thirty three" as "firty free".

if a person has both these speech impediments simultaneously, how would they pronounce "six cents"?
would they pronounce it "fickf fenf" ?
