Anxiety

I'd been doing well avoiding winter bugs until today. Wish I didn't have to work tomorrow.

Went to the emergency room today because my doctor wouldn't refill my adhd meds so I found myself totally unable to function

I think I might have been banned from Instagram for making an innocent comment. All I posted was that I liked how inclusive Lego is.

My peer support worker also told me that I sounded like I was trying very hard to be German. He told me that he had an English accent as a child. Since we were talking about accents, I asked what part of the world I sounded like I was from. I told him that I don't try to sound the way that I do which is the truth. After that, he said that I should phone all the thrift stores in Langley to ask them if they had any mobility devices. I avoided the phone for the rest of the afternoon.

Anxiety

My mother and I were going to go shopping and get pizza for supper when just a few minutes before she arrived I had a really bad dizzy spell for no apparent reason and we to cancel it. The dizziness got so bad I couldn't even move without getting really nauseated.

No pain, no fever(I think), and I was feeling okay when I got up, although I did wake up much earlier than usual. It just came on so fast. I'm feeling mostly better now but I'm very worried. My mother said it must be vertigo and that she gets vertigo sometimes and that it's not anything serious, but I'm afraid it will happen again while I'm out somewhere and can't just go back home.

Is it some kind of flu bug? A severe anxiety attack? Something wrong with my ears? I'm pretty sure it might be my ears because I've always had some kind of problem with them. Or maybe it's something a lot worse. Brain tumor? When it started I was afraid I was having a stroke or a heart attack. I guess only the doctor would know.

Maybe its Trump-itis. If just hearing constantly about the Dump hasn't made me sick by now, what else will?

Most likely just vertigo. If trumpitis was a contagious and deadly virus we would all be suffering from it and the only cure being to avoid all news sources!

Anxiety

I just started playing my new Hello Kitty game for the Switch and it suddenly it just froze up. I can't do anything, not even turn the Switch off. I've only had the game for a couple of days!

The whole world hates me. And the feeling is mutual.

EDIT: Okay, I was able to shut my Switch off by holding the off button down for several seconds for a complete shutdown and when I turned it back on it seems to be working properly again. I hope that freezing problem in my Hello Kitty game gets fixed soon.
