lumbar and SI joint are barking at me a bit, after mowing the lawn. PT and lumbar stretching are keeping a handle on the spondy @ L4-5/S1 and the popped disc @ L1, so far.

My right knee has been sore and tender to the touch all week. I can't see any bruising and I don't remember banging it or anything, it's just sore right now.

Headache... As usual. But this time I think I can blame it on not having worn my glasses for several days. Usually I have no idea why I have yet another headache though. I also get migraines

I’ve been suffering from pain in both my shoulders for the past month. Last time I had this problem was almost 20 years ago. Ended up getting a cortisone injection in both shoulders.

being that it is close to fall at least in my neck of the woods, the usual cold extremities are edging their way back into my reality.

I had a really BAD one 3 days ago & my stomach still isn't rite. I'm not sure if it's from something I ate, a stomach bug(bacterial infection or virus), or from my Prilosec. Proton pump inhibitors like Prilosec can cause diarrhea. I've been on Prilosec for 3 months & have been going to the bathroom a bit more than I used to but I went irregularly anyways & NO where near as bad as I had it Wednesday. I took Protonix for half a year a few years ago & I don't remember needing to sh!t that much when I was on it. I may skip my Prilosec for a few days when I eat in 5 hours to rule that med out. I'll take Pepcid in the meantime but if my stomach seems OK by the time I eat I might keep taking the Prilosec.

This week I had a bunch painful and irritating little cuts or sores on the roof of my mouth. Must be from something hard and crunchy that I ate, or my mouth being too dry, or both. They're almost fully healed now.

Pangs of dizziness, lasting only a second or two but recurring every minute or so, yesterday. Not sure if it's because of tiredness, low blood sugar, the weather, or something else, but it happens occasionally to me. It feels like it does when I don't take my Effexor in the morning, but I know I did take it yesterday.

I've had a sore tooth for three months. The pain comes and goes, but when it happens it's all the way down my neck and up around my eye to the top of my head.

They had to do a CT Scan before diagnosing a "root fracture" under the gum on my root canal.

I had a diarrohea again, today. That's because I ate this sausage in the morning for breakfast.
