Since this is the Photoshop thread, I thought I'd share some of my 'shops (which technically aren't genuine shops since they were done with the GIMP, but oh well). In addition to my Alucard x Abel avatar, I'm going to work on more anime crossover avatars. But for now I'd like to show you the first genuine attempt at manipulation of a real photo! It's supposed to be a picture of Absalom from the anime/manga One Piece:

so you got Gimpshop working? I heard it was kinda kludgy (I use straight Gimp), and tended to flake out, but let us know. I've got megabytes of downloaded brushes, filters, etc., that I'd love to try out (only place I can find Gimp stuff is Deviant Art...;)

Here's something I've done with Gimp, layers and text, the rest is a combination of Wings 3d, Poser, and Bryce.

Oh no, I use straight up GIMP as well! I just used the term "shopped" because I thought it applied to any digitally altered image regardless of the program used.

woooooow a thread only for photoshop! I admit I have digged through the whole thread from page one only to see some cool photoshopped photos
As I like to trick photos myself its intersting to see other solutions and ideas. Those drawings is really impressive. It would be cool to learn to do one day!

The most advanced photo I have done is a photo of one guy in three diffrent photos put into a stage playing instruments and its supposed to look like the whole band contains him and his clones
