I have no way of watching the closing ceremonies of the Invictus Games live on my TV or in my area. I guess I won't be crying when the flame goes out because I won't be able to see it happen. A bit of a silver lining.

I also had a crap day at the flea market. The canteen worker wasn't there because she was sick. We all had to go to the corner store to get our food and drink.

I went out for groceries and tried to avoid products that were made in the USA even if I like prefer them over the Canadian brands. When I was finally done I was exhausted and ready to end myself.

Every week another "new normal". I don't know how much more of this I can stand.

I saw an image where the store shelves were all bare except for the Murricun products. Yay, panic buying, only it's not just toilet paper.

It did make me think about my late grandparents, who grew up during the Great Depression and WWII, so if they were lucky to have food, they had to deal with shortages and rationing. How did they manage to do it? I guess younger generations really are weak. :(

Two weeks ago I went to the emergency room because my idiot psychiatrist refused to refill my meds, and now they're saying they don't even have any records that I was taking them to begin with. At this point I'm surprised by how few CEOs have been murdered.

I tried to stop my antidepressants again on Monday and was mostly ok for a couple days and then today I got hit really hard with nausea, flu like symptoms and disassociation. I restarted my antidepressant as I couldn't stand the symptoms anymore but was still having issues so I went to the ER this evening. I feel alot better now. You think I would learn not to do this yet I keep trying to stop my antidepressant somehow thinking I can get past the symptoms. Now it's getting to my head that this is dangerous and I need to stop doing it. It's hard when you really don't want to be on something anymore.
