i want to start my insomnia medication but i'm too nervous to take it and i'm nervous it will make my anxiety worse but i want to start it because i'm most anxious at night

earlier i was so nauseous i couldn't even move my head slightly and i just had to sleep because i felt so sick

idk why but i'm also concerned it's to do with appendicitus i've been suspecting for a few days

I didn't have a very good sleep last night. I had all these wires connected to me.

my sister had the nerve to tell me to scrub the mess hall.

some idiot had the nerve to ask me "boy, you got a cigarette?". i didn't answer and he didn't either. (41 and that moron had the nerve to call me "boy". and he acted like it wasn't even an insult, he acted like it was a socially acceptable method of addressing someone.) yes, i look much younger than i am, but that's no excuse for him to be rude. besides, i was jogging and wearing a mask. do i look like i am purposely trying to destroy my health with cigarettes? (rolls eyes)

jogging felt like a heart attack. 41 way too old. was never fast/strong/great in any way shape or form. athletically, academically, mentally, emotionally. and rapidly getting much worse. so scared of what my health is going to be like when i get older.

I say this every time midterms come around, but I'll say it again: The fact that people still think tests need to be timed is just pathetic. Somehow the fact that I could've aced it given 10 more minutes doesn't indicate that I understand the material? I've literally never heard an attempt to justify why they do this. It's just the lottery fallacy, we've always done it, therefore it's right.
