I went to an American Red Cross center earlier today to donate blood.

I wasn't allowed to do so because my pulse was too high.

I do intend on trying again soon.

I caught a cold in the afternoon and it got worse quickly. I used hot water, medicine and air conditioning to deal with it.

My Niece is off sick from school today. It is my nephews birthday.
