Teammate broke his collar bone.
Then the ambulance took ~90 minutes to show-up.

Yeah, it sounded painful. I'm not used to hearing a grown man making those sorts of noises and he wasn't able to get up off the floor, left on a stretcher.

90 minutes is a long time to wait for an ambulance, especially under the circumstances. Yikes.

Yeah, especially when an average adult could have walked to the dispatch station in 45 minutes or so.

I bought a new laptop mouse, my cord broke, that was the cord from my mini fan, my portable fan with a clip, I'm looking for a replacement cord, I thought I found one on Amazon, but it was the wrong size, I bought it, I can buy the wrong size, I can buy the wrong size grocery shopping too. My laptop new mouse is wireless, it takes batteries, I can't use it now, I can't open the back for the batteries.

Daily fares I spent on being on time in a job and not leaving too early to walk to work because  "avoiding stress".

I want to just train this body to actually handle stress better so badly from the very beginning.

I felt so cheated when it couldn't improve for the last decade. Thought my body can adapt by working consistently.

But what's the point of eating better and avoiding stressors, when your breathing is just so crappy, your sleep is irrelevant and your body is your source of chronic stress?

I always feel so stupid just staring at the dismantled razor blade on my bed wondering if I'll do it after 10 months or not

I feel so bad thinking about all the people who wanted me to stop in the past and now I've just ruined it all : /

I've had runny stools every day for the past 3 months. I know the reason why. It's the suspicious feelings that I have towards people. Taking the garbage to the bin seems like a death march to me. There's a crippled man who's bound to a mobility scooter who likes to bully people who lives down by the garbage room. There's also a swinger who lives close to that room as well. He's always talking about how great in bed his partner is. He told my friend Barb that he wanted to poke her and she called the cops on him.
