Linus techtips did a video about this problem. Google, being experts at filtering spam, should be able to solve this problem. It's curious that they haven't. There are some third-party tools that auto-ban based on the nature of links and on misrepresented user names based on look-alike characters.
The links are not exactly pornographic in name but rather generic. I found a YouTuber named Deep Humor who actually clicked on these links to show them off and warn everyone and yes they lead to 18+ dating sites that want your credit card information. YouTube doesn't do anything. They just tell us to report and move on, but cleaning out the spam filter became tedious.
