I went to an Oktoberfest party at a pub and I had my yearly stein of beer. I enjoyed every last drop of it. I guess that's it for the beer for another year.

I feel a bit happy today and feel like I can "feel" a bit more. I started my journey tapering off my antidepressants yesterday. I had a slight health scare yesterday morning and had lots of stomach issues but feel a bit better today and notice my mood is a bit better. I am feeling a little hopeful.
