I think it's been downgraded to a tropical storm - not that that's going to be simply 'a little windy'.

To see how the UK would cope with a hurricane, the great storm of 1987 isn't such a bad example.

Yes indeed - that was a bit messy.
Wasn't it (the 1987 storm) officially recognised as a hurricane at some point?

As far as I'm aware it was never even tropical from the start - that is required for a hurricane, and that's why the UK has never recieved a hit. However, Ireland has, once.

Hmm. Well that puts a real hurricane into perspective, I guess. The mess the 1987 storm caused was just the weather being 'a little windy'. 8O

well, how are you going to sum up a person with a few words? You have to make the effort and meet some of them, especially considering how unimaginitive aspie women seem to be. You're obviously struggling to match up the words with real people.

My hair is so dark that it looks like a snake when I shower, if I have just a strand out.....it freaked me out at first :lol:
