Yesterday was a cool-ish day (temp wise), and today is even colder. It's barely 55 here now (12.77 Celsius). I am beyond pleased by this and it's about time it started to feel like fall. The heat these last few months have done me no favors. I'm loving this weather. I wore a hat this morning while walking the dog. Outfreakingstanding.

My son put a note on my computer which says: “I love you Mom. You are the best.” He didn’t even tell me about it. He just let me discover it on my own. :heart:

OMG!... I wore my Camo pants into town cos they were still clean, and my leather jacket.
At the post office I noticed a Transport Corps training convoy had stopped at the bakery so I decided to buy bread there.
When I got inside I joined the queue behind half a dozen pretty soldiers (the men were all at the front of the queue....go figure)

ALL the girls checked me out.
They were all young enough to be my grandchildren, but still.....
Maybe there's hope for me after all. :D
