Ha, yeah, Zyprexa is one of the more sedating medications on the market, and the generic brand I have is quite more potent than the other generic I was on (not as long lasting though). I can still function well enough, and that's the main thing. The ironic thing with this test is the cheap Chinese Trail Master copy (the exact same knife for all intents, just different steel), the MT-151 in some type of 440A/B stainless steel from a random Chinese steel factory, held up better with the same edge angle and finish. Likely due to having a lower hardness so the steel can withstand the impacts better (440A/B still has quite a lot of chromium carbides so at a higher hardness it probably won't do that well either). Harder tends to be good for holding the edge longer for slicing softer stuff, but doesn't withstand impacts as well due to lower toughness. This is a $30 knife compared to a $300 one. The lesson would be to go with the MT-151 if one is poor/smart and likes the Trail Master design for a larger outdoors knife (I'm not smart). Cliff Stamp found this with his MT-151 too in that it held up well when beating it through a brick.
I apparently have learnt to co-exist with my anxious self, or it consumed me. One or the other.
As for me, hmmm,
The duality of certain things. Regrets, but I've stopped dwelling there as much, as it's just a wishing well in the end and those pennies of pain bring you down to the bottom with them.
