aussiebloke, You do make a very valid point, as I can say that many things that we eat these days are not very good in fact, I'd say 90% of all that we consume is not very healthy especially when you read what is in the product as a whole.

Is this meant to be healthy?

Looks ok is it Jap?

Today the last food I ate was yogurt, frozen yogurt to be exact with walnuts and a few malt balls.

Have you had evaporated cane sugar (rapadura) Good good god it's fantastic (I don'tl like sugar to I'm not a baby) , I wont buy it as you need to go to the $300 store to get it aka health food shop I think my Mom says it "only" costs "around" $ 7 for 1/2 a kilo only 14X the price of regular sugar! Which is obscene been little processed and that fact it's probably made by slave labour in Columbia it should be cheaper.

Still a tiny pinch and it killed the cravings thanks to it's intense flavour and the fact their are nutrients in it . Better than eating a pack of Tim Tams I can tell you.

It may even be good in homebrew  (if you can afford it)

Don't get me started on the 50 pound markets , I got that one of Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame :) 1 apple 50 pounds , 2 tomatoes 50 pounds, a banana 50 pounds which is a similar situation here I suppose , he goes on to say at least in places like France it's actually worth going to one. Funny how he derides the French (all the time) he seems to think their all communists who eat onions, yet deep down I suspect his deeply in love with the country. :)

I don't really like any sweet food. even apples hurt my teeth because they are too sweet. I just had dreams the night before of eating ine. after one bite that i spat out, i just licked the cream. lol
