Peace Man. He'd go around, not necessarily beating up bad guys, but making them come to their senses. (Yeah, I know. A video game like that won't sell a single copy).

Marvel, I suppose but there are some DC heroes/villains I like as well

LED's. Last longer and is really bright. Uses less power, too.
