Yes can identify , with extended periods of brain fog … spending time laying down for 20 mins a day in midday , and Uber clean diet . Has helped those days to become alittle less intensive .
Some people have told me that a thick blood situation contributes to the intense brain fog .
Have tried very hard to not allow myself to be put into serious decision making situations , during brain fog periods .
Feeling like a zombie . Never feels good . :(

There are times I felt weird enough to pretend that my work is volunteer work.

And it was honestly fun. 8)

Pretend that my boss is someone I cannot take too personally, while I would have to try and gently take care of them.

One of my coworkers overheard me talking to my aunt and knows I have autism now. She is helping me more, which is nice I guess, but she's also reminding me of really benign stuff like when it's break time and checking if I've logged out of the quota thingy, and now other coworkers are doing the same s**t so now I think everyone in my department knows and that they think I'm f*****g ret*d.

I'm sorry to know about this, Brother H of H. :(

Consider talking to your boss about this behavior.

I don't want to get anyone in trouble since I guess they're just trying to help me. I'll ask her to not tell anyone else and ask them to stop if they keep doing it...

I guess they are trying to help in their own way but are unable to empathize with you and see that this sort of thing would hurt you. My coworkers probably think the same about me since they have no idea how much i am struggling. In the end they are all the same whether you tell them or not.

Lack of reciprocity is on my mind. I would like some closure on something, knowing that someone understands that I could have benefited from, but did not receive, reciprocity. But I know they don't give a crap, so I gave up hope of receiving closure. I guess that's progress.
