;-) It was gluten free also.. with the exception of the Pop Tart on top. ;-)

I asked my son what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday and he jokingly said, "Raaaaainboooow..." .. so I decided there was only one thing to do... Nyan Cat Cake.

I made it over the summer, but only posted the pics recently after hearing about the passing of the cat that inspired Nyan Cat.

And thanks for the nyan/neon coloured cake! Does it even need topping with anything? It's already so decorative.

Shagrath is surprisingly soft-spoken, very articulate, I respect intelligent people who know what they are doing, and he has a quiet sort of self-confidence as well.
