Should have worn my full face shield in hindsight.
Might have been less blood.

This devise reminds me of , a Rife machine . But those are tunable to specific frequencies devised by some method to address certain frequencies common to various diseases. To kill them on a molecular level.
( See google search on Royale Raymond Rife).

the theory/philosophy of operation is different with the molecular enhancer, it merely raises the body's energy level at a cellular level, "illuminating" cells in general, in the theory that low energy [aka diseased] cells will illuminate less and thus be ID'able by the body's immune system and thus marked for elimination. all i know is that my hip pain and back pain are abated after using the machine. he also has a complementary treatment using a large tesla coil of low-current, like the one in the pic below-

23 days without an alcoholic drink - looks as if I might hit my 30-day target after all!

If I'm absolutely honest though, I'm not enjoying it much. I like nothing better at the end of a day than to watch a film or a documentary, but just can't relax enough or concentrate properly to do so without a glass or three of wine or beer. It's probably called 'addiction', lol.

Well done, DH! ^ Every day counts. Good for you.

I've developed a bit of an obsession with ice cold ginger ale lately. I don't usually drink soda at all. For the last couple of months I'm having several a day to the point I don't even want water. I know it's not the same as having a dependence on alcohol but it's really unhealthy and it just needs to stop. I usually force myself to quit all drinks except water during Lent - like a personal challenge - but this year it's not until March. I have to convince myself to stop before then.

What are you drinking instead?

Achievement today: SFA

Even more coffee than usual! I also tried a bottle of zero-alcohol Merlot a few days ago, but it didn't quite taste like the real thing, and of course there was none of the stress-releasing effect either (mental anaesthesis, some might say).

Well I actually finished inspection preparation and additional things for extra credit, I’m gonna reward myself with some gummies but go very easy on them using them sparingly

Day 5 of brush cutting (new estimate is 8 days). Got some new quartz stones for my rock collection (no specks of gold). Almost fell off the natural log bridge. Still watching every step I make away from the house. Which is why snakes got me in the first place, because they were around the house.

What you're not aware of is always what gets you, which will be one of the life lessons I'll pass on.

Got bills paid , made contact with a h Ouse Restoration company . This still feels like a difficult situation staying here. Even still have money left in my bank. But probable never enough for restoration , work but, maybe I have an idea how much to try to save for .
