I am back from the Dorset Steam Fair (several fields absolutely covered with Steam Engines, caravans and market stalls)

My feet are killing me, and I absolutely hated some of it (ridiculous amount of noise, thousands of people, long lines for portable toilets, which didn't have water or soap), but I enjoyed seeing some of the fascinating vehicles, machines and contraptions of yesteryear, and also the rides at the funfair there. On one ride the G's were so intense I thought my brain was going to explode or my eyes would fly out. 8O I probably wasn't far off it.
