Important stuff I'm putting off dealing with.

I struggle so much to sit still. I'm working on it though.

I look at myself the way that I was, 10 years ago and I look at myself today. I ask myself what in the hell happened to me.

I've not heard the owl outside my window for a few nights. I hope its OK.

It says: toowit toowit toowit over and over again. I don't think it's learned to say the woo part.

Why thank you, Raleigh.

How embarrassing. I do have a loss of taste. I guess it says a lot about my ability to prepare palatable meals. :| I can taste things, albeit it's all messed up. How long did it take me to figure that one out? To be fair, I just think the loss of smell being absent overruled it all. Don't mind me. I just don't know my own senses. No big deal. On that note, I got another 15 "free" rapid antigen tests from the chemist, which I don't really need, but maybe in another several months since Omicron is the most persistent and stubbornly infectious microbe I've seen. I guess the government cares about me.

I'm liking these mirror Polaroid sunglasses.

At first I thought people were looking at me but they're actually looking at their own reflection in the mirror lenses.

Is this normal?

When I go to my vet, he will come in the room for the exam and talk about the initial query. Then he sends techs to get my pet for whatever needs done (xrays, tests, etc.)

He never comes back to see if there are more questions and never really says goodbye.

Sometimes I sit there in the exam room waiting for him but the reception comes in to clean the room for the next person, and directs me to the front desk so I can pay.

My former vet used to do this ^ so I switched. Now this dude does it too.

I never know if I look like an idiot sitting there waiting, or if I'm supposed to pick up cues that the appt. is over.

I can't wait until I get in. I'm gonna have a ham samwich cut in half so it's posh. Then I'm gonna have a cup of tea and two bourbon cream biscuits.

Since when is Evanescence considered glam rock :? I typed in the artist Vixen on my iHeart radio app & the station is playing bands like Cinderella, Poison, Whitesnake, Kix, Night Ranger, Warrant, Bon Jovi, & Motley Crue to name a few. I don't see how Evanescence fits in there, especially their slower songs which are the songs getting played. No one wants to head-bang & air-guitar to slow Evanescence songs
