I am so fat now, people are even admitting to it. I mean I know I prefer people to just be honest and see it as fact, I was still hoping that their idea of fat was fatter than me and that I wasn't as fat as I kept seeing in the mirror.

I just wish bodies didn't store fat and would instead just let you eat as much sugar as you wanted and would 'waste' the rest. Aren't that what bowels are designed for?

I doubt any sane minded fish would go anywhere near her.

It's back to work on Friday and I don't want to go back. I can't wait to see everyone again but it's been so nice being off and not having to worry about the crap that happens to me at work.

Crossing paths with my ex-girlfriend at a popular grocery store near my house that she's an employee of.

We didn't say anything to each other. I paid for what I had, bought a book of stamps, and left.

I'm going through a difficult time with my mom. She's always been a great mother but lately it seems like she's spontaneously transformed into an ableist jerk. I know she's under a lot of stress so I'm trying to be understanding but it's hard when she won't stop yelling at me for things I can't control.

I had a bad panic attack while eating out with my family. My Dad had to take me home. It's the first time this ever happened. I almost felt like I was going to pass out. I think it was brought on by the heat and stress from traveling and interviews. I had a group therapy session though after my Dad bought me home so that felt good to have. I also took an ativan which helped greatly. I made the mistake of not taking it with me when I went out to eat.
