I stayed home from work today, and apparently my aunt talked to my coworkers about how I'm being treated and now I'm scared to go back to work. I don't want them to treat me worse because I told my aunt about it.

I don't think my bf understands the concept of the family fortunes game. I said to him that usually the first thing that comes into your head is usually one of the top answers and I gave him an example question : name something that's blue.

So I'm thinking that the first answer that would come in to most peoples heads would be sky.

My bf said the first thing that came into his head was Manchester City.

Remind me to not go on family fortunes with him.

How is it that someone who watches as much tv and listens to as much music as I do, can possibly speak with a German accent?

I need more distraction!

hoping for relief of this extreme heat not just for myself, but for everyone around the world.

The future, I guess. Lots of things there to think and feel about. My brain likes preparing for things, trying to predict things, likely because it learnt to do that from experience, as it makes things easier. I don't like how it does that one for some things, so I'm not doing it. Rather, I'm just thinking of and feeling the things I know, and that future.

If I could just swing that bat...

... I don't have a bat. Maybe a simple rod would do.

Or throw that dumbbell...

... But I wouldn't like it if it breaks.


I need something. Something to exert my arms over. 2-5 reps or so and very heavy. Something to push this aggressive sensation away.
