August begins this week. I don't like August.

I had to use the chatbox on Walmart, they delivered my things at the wrong address, Walmart gave me a refunded

I watched a YouTube short.

Someone is recording the interaction between a guy and a flight attendant.
Next to the guy is a young woman. She is staring at the camera, and pulls back her skirt exposing on her thigh the word "HELP"
She had fear in her eyes, and she gaze darted between the camera and the attendant.
She quickly covers her thigh and then when the attendant is looking, she raises her leg to show her the word on her inner thigh.
The attend has to convince the man that she needs to take the woman to the bathroom or something. She tells him she will bring her right back. He is not happy about this.
The woman goes with the attendant, and then the attendant walks back alone. The man grabs her arm and asks where is the girl?
She then forcibly removes him from his seat, and pulls him down the isle and the video short ends.

This is a trigger for me. I was genuinely anxious for this woman with the word HELP on her inner thigh. Guys like this infuriate me.

Then I find out it was a performance. GRRRRRRRRRRR
ha. ha. ha. well done. it is an "awareness" video. super.
Am I unhappy she was not in danger? No. I'm unhappy that it was a scam. there was nothing saying it was a performance. so if the idea was to make people aware that these things happen, that woman are abducted, that they are molested and harassed, then they succeeded only in making me question if is real or not.
(and I was in such a good mood.)
I should have suspected something was up because why wouldn't the person recording the incident do or say anything? It was only when I saw the name of the channel and visited it that I realized it was fake.
Again, GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Anxiety

They might change my work rota again so I have to work even later. I don't want to work any later than what I'm doing now.

The maintenance supervisor was condescending to me again over something really simple that I was right about. I hate when he gets an attitude like that and laughs at me, especially when he's wrong.

My dad came very close to spilling soup all over the project I've been working on. It especially made me mad because this isn't one of my usual pointless projects, it's supposed to help fix a real problem I'm having that he's been relentlessly bugging me about. And yet he almost destroys it.

It's interesting because in a physical sense he's very reckless, breaking things, injuring himself, all that stuff. But in terms of making decisions about our life he always thinks things through very thoroughly. I just wish he'd think through how hot the soup bowl is before he decided to pick it up.

Now I'm also unhappy because my unhappy post is much longer than my happy post. I tend to be overly negative and I hate that I do that. Ugh

saw that thing on the news about banning the internet for people under 16 (i think 16??) in the uk*
which is really stupid. it pissed me off so bad. i don't have close friends irl, i only have one real friend but online i have my entire close friendgroup, my life, my best friend, my art website i use, all my ocs, youtube, online shopping (since i dont buy anything irl unless it's food or stationary) literally so much
i hate the government lol. i'd only have to wait a year but a lot can happen then
also can't people just use their relatives ids/facial recognition ?? i asked my guardian if it does happen can't i just use her id and she immediately said yes
*and in aus too .. my aussie friend enlightened me on that too

aside from that, i feel kinda lonely at the moment

Anxiety

I got yelled at by my mom for putting the trash out "too early" even though trash pick-up is tomorrow.

My coworker mocked my laugh and now I never want to laugh again.
