Hmm, maybe I should go back to my mortgage broker and get a line-of-credit for the house instead. But I wonder what exit/early settlement fees my home loan would charge.

Oh and Macquarie only reduced their interest rate by 0.3% upon the RBA's rate reduction a few weeks ago :?
