Today is my 31st consecutive day without chocolate or anything like that. Zero withdrawal symptoms. Do not notice anything different, positive or negative. Not nearly as hard as imagined.

For the past ten years or so, ate one serving of candy per day. A couple exceptions, more or less

Congratulations to my worthless corpse

Have not interacted with dena since May 5 or so. Considering dumping her. Drama not necessary. I just don't like her that much anymore. She took Rolandos side about the "breathing incident" and she refused to say" excuse me ". But she is by far the least wrong"friend" I have ever had.

It's been two and a half years since the counseling clinic was open.

Wasted too much cash last month. s**t. Eating too much expensive BS

The air quality in my area is making me very tired.

I'm thinking we need a thread called Stream of Consciousness.
Maybe this one will do.
I have so many things on my mind I don't know which is which.
Add Alexithymia and I have no idea how any of it feels.

Simultaneous thoughts:
What to wear to the wedding, I need to go to the dry cleaner again, worry about the job offer, worry about the doctor, I miss someone, guilt about xyzabc, I need to wash towels, I'm nostalgic, I'm anxious, I'm happy, I'm not happy, I'm crowded, I'm lonely, I'm confused, I'm hungry, I have no appetite, Linda, Queen, dad, blankets, playgrounds, sofa cushions, painting (?! !!), what am I getting into now??, shark attacks, dog health, cat health, my health, his health, his birthday, I need water, and I should be reading right now.

I feel bad because I got annoyed at my cousin last Saturday. She talks a lot and always tries to grab my attention, even if I'm in the middle of something. She kept grabbing my attention while I was trying to pay attention to my aunt and my other cousin, and when I responded to her I sounded annoyed and it upset her. She's 11 and I'm 21 so I feel like an a**hole for getting annoyed at someone 10 years younger than me, but I can't filter out her talking because of my autism and ADHD, and sometimes it makes me get really overstimulated. I'm worried she'll still be upset the next time we see each other.

I'll go to bed at 11. I'll get up with emotions feeling a little down, I'll drink coffee and get high. It's a vicious cycle. The same things happens over and over and over again. It's like I'm holding my breath, waiting for an apology that I'm never going to get. I will switch back to tea if I get an apology from Barb. I'm sorry that I complained that you cry easily. How hard can it be? I'll keep holding my breath. It can be quite fun. I've seen a lot of rainbowverses over the past 7 days.

NDIS manager informs me I'm on track for underspending on my budget.
So now I have to think of more ways to spend the funding.
Its like a full time job being disabled.

I'm closer to knowing what my IQ is. It's a relief, because I'm no longer in the dark. My score doesn't surprise me and I no longer have to guess.

Monday morning I got a call from a scammer saying they found "two suspicious charges" made on my credit account. What makes it hilarious is that I don't even have a credit account. I'm lucky to have money in my bank account at all.
And then later, while my mother is driving me to my doctor's appointment, she gets the exact same call! She only answered because she thought at first it might be from from my aunt. Seriously, how do these scammers sleep at night?
They must have no conscience at all. Of course the call was recorded so you can't even say anything to them.

You're talking about that online IQ test? Those things are faker than an orange tan. Taking the test myself just confirmed what I always suspected about online IQ tests. They focus mainly on math, give you a low score if you aren't good at math, and society believes if you aren't good at math then you are stupid. Also these tests are rigged so that female and minorities will get a lower store. After all, the stereotype about women that refuses to die even in this day and age is that none of us can do math.

Anyway, if it's any consolation, I got an even lower score. Apparently I shouldn't even know how to go to the bathroom by myself. I should barely even know how to use this computer.

I'm trying to plant more seeds in my mind by listening to The Kinks. The same seeds I planted in the Summer of 2009. It would be something if red, white and blue flowers start to bloom like they did in the September of 2009.

I couldn't find any masks at work today, so one of my coworkers gave me one which was nice. One of my managers also did that yesterday. Today I also was working with another coworker who is only a bit faster than me, plus she let me do things w/o correcting me, so it was actually easy to work w/ her and I liked it. She's also always really funny and I like interacting with her.
