I had a meltdown over what could be the results of my first colonoscopy, which was yesterday.

I read that there is going to be a really bad flu in Canada this year, and the flu vaccine I got will be practically worthless against it.

So I guess I'll just stay in my apartment alone until I die... or get a hazmat suit, or something. At least I don't feel like such a doomer for stocking up on toilet paper. But I better get more while I still can.

Also I'm still getting pains in my legs and I just don't feel right.

Aging anxiety. The last two decades of my life went so quickly, in only two more I'll be a filthy old hag in chronic pain with dementia and my teeth falling out, but the years will go by even faster.

Assuming I even live that long.

I bloody hate my neighbours above. Smug selfish twats. I can't wait to get out of this craphole once I'm 55 next february and can bid on over 55s flats, bedsits and bungalows.

I have been struggling badly lately with anxiety and fears of my health falling apart. The sense of dread and fear is hard to put into words. I pray that somehow and someway I can find more permanent healing.
