Not the big tube up the bum job? That's incredibly popular in the USA. They even do one where they shove one down your throat until they meet in the middle, for real enthusiasts. And you have to go on a horrible special diet to clear out your insides first, even for the single tube. Still, if it gives you peace of mind at the end, it's probably worth it.

I thought people in the UK were usually so squeamish about it that the NHS had to send them a screening test kit first where you only get the full test if your screening comes up positive, while the Yanks just go straight to the big one. But I don't know.

I love seeing all the shops when I go through Longsight (area of Manchester) when I'm on the bus

They remind me of the bucket and spade shops when you go on holiday
