Whatever sleep disorder I'm having would need me to have 12 hrs total on a BIPHASIC SLEEP PATTERN.

Oh sureeee, monophasic sleep was never reliable for my case alright; but if the numbers are true, would that mean by true sleep length "need" is fricking over 14+ hrs or more???


The **** kind of life is that if I have a body so fricking demanding that it needs more than half a day to barely recover and still wake up like crap?!

I was in a single-occupancy public restroom of a coffee shop earlier today and was accidentally locked in.

My chest still hurts.

Thankfully it's not impairing my mobility as much as it was a week ago.

I went to a popular grocery store to try and purchase a money order, but I was told the "machine was down."

Also, I saw my ex-girlfriend running self-checkout, so I got into another line and
paid for what I had without saying anything to her.

My business partner gave up on me. We're no longer partners.

Horrible extreme fear of having a heart attack. I have this horrible sense of dread as if its coming that I cant explain. Its scaring me. I had an EKG done and everything is fine and yet it dosent feel fine. I cant get rid of it.
