I got a new phone, iPhone 12, it took me over a week to activate it. I'm talking to a guy that I met on my dating site 5 days ago :D :D

Just today.

How I worked without feeling like my head is about to combust.

Or how my bed stay after waking is only 15 minutes instead of 1-2 hours.

Or how that stupid transitional crap after eating or on a tiring walk won't affect me much as before.

Just... Figuring it out. Truly figuring it out.

And my thought processes is more about how I progressively figure what systems I should use in recalibrating my language processing, instead of more head distractions.

Yesterday but I had a great time visiting family

My aunts and uncles and grandparents struggled a fair amount with my name change (it's the first time I've seen most of them since I changed it) but none of my cousins had any trouble. I think growing up as a zoomer makes those things easier for you.

The timer on my app controlled lightbulb has proved it's worthy

It's just a bloody gadget innit but it's also like a little bit of wizardry

I was operating metal band saws today instead of usual deburring et al part post-processing stuff. Blanco Mod. 370 they both were, if I recall.

My birthday happened

And surprisingly it went REALLY well
I had been dreading it for months but on the 23rd I got kinda excited and the next day I was really excited it was my birthday. My aunt didn’t say anything bad (although she managed to come around when I specifically stated I didn’t want her round because she says stuff that upsets me EVERY YEAR on my birthday, but it’s fine I guess)
I got to go to the park and those awful older teens who hit me last time weren’t there
And I got the warriors books I wanted
And all my amazing friends wished me happy birthday, I got so used to people forgetting my birthday I forgot how nice it was when people remembered

It wasn’t too big of a thing but I enjoyed it a lot :> :cat:
