https://www.zocdoc.com/answers/18139/wh ... are-normal in addition to what this article said, multiple small white spots could mean demyelination (loss of covering on nerves) such as that seen in multiple sclerosis. you actually should be able to see your mri. in the US, you have a legal right to see it.

^ I saw the one taken before the operation last August, it was on a disc.
The tumour was 60mm x 40mm X 20mm.
Have no idea what size it was after the operation.
I suppose I could ask to see it next time, or ask for a copy,

More good news!! - Driver's licence has been reinstated, so can drive again (under supervision).
