OK, it wasn’t today, but recently finding myself with time while waiting for a bus, it occurred to me to try my nail file attachments to take the edge off my shoes which were biting my ankles. I didn’t think it would be effective (stainless steel is a lousy file material) but it turned out to be pure bliss!
