I've never come across that image before. I'm not always good at this indirect communication. You feel you've been asked to do s**t that is wrong or nonsensical or whatever, so you say "f**k your hat?" Where does God fit in?

^Oh. I don't know the situation. I'm presuming that someone asked you to do something unethical.

I am feeling hurt, frustrated and scared.
I had a letter a few days ago which said " we are f**king you over"
All the way down I read "f**k you*
I feel so like saying "F**k your hat"
But this will get me nowhere.
If I stay in this state and lose my own beliefs I will 'f**k up (under pressure).
