Read and replied to kind texts from an old friend I'd been leaving on unread.

Not happy exactly. I think I need a lie-down :lol:

I had a conversation with a new Psychiatrist today and went to my partial hospitalization program. It was nice. The Psychiatrist was extremely knowledgable and had a very nice conversation with him. I am hopefully going to be trying a new antidepressant and am hopeful this can be a new start. Merry Christmas to all!
