I had a conversation with a new Psychiatrist today and went to my partial hospitalization program. It was nice. The Psychiatrist was extremely knowledgable and had a very nice conversation with him. I am hopefully going to be trying a new antidepressant and am hopeful this can be a new start. Merry Christmas to all!

Thank you Brian and a merry Christmas to you too

And that all sounds very promising for the new year as well

Thank you, Babybird! Merry Christmas to you too and hope you have a wonderful New Year as well!

It's Christmas! Today marks the beginning of The 12 Days of Christmas for me. More like the 78 Days of Christmas since I'm stuck on the traditional German Catholic tradition of taking my tree down on February 2nd.

I didn't need a shower when I woke up this morning. Yesterday was a different story. Not today and I'm sure my mum loves walking into the spare bedroom today.

Not today, actually, but there's a student association at my university for students with autism, and it was very refreshing to be surrounded by people going through the same things!

It was a lot less hustle bustle in the supermarkets this morning than it was this time last week

That's what made me happy today
