A revelation that finally closes the gap into a full circle...

It was so, so, soooo worth it.
I might've valued it even more than the boon I gained from my birthday that causes me to be practically immune to autistic inertia.

You like how one had been gathering too many pieces of the puzzle for so long that there's practically a full picture but nothing holds it together..
Only to finally found the frames for those pieces?

Kinda like that.

Like... This is more like an ending of a chapter to me for good.

Well I've got the gas boiler maintenance man coming round today and it's an all day wait in appointment

On the one hand this makes me happy because it's an excuse to not have to go out

That sounds brilliant, Edna3362. Sounds like congratulations are due to you and your magic brain for putting it together.

I was rude.

I am not good at talking about key life events because I worry a bit about being found here by one or two specific people I know from the real world.

I would like to be open. It looks like I need a bit of practice.

If I ever say anything that makes anyone uncomfortable (which I think is likely) I would really like to know. Either I need to explain myself better or there's some other problem I need to be aware of. In this case, I don't mimic consciously or deliberately, but that doesn't mean it does not happen.

Happy: I am excited for 2026

I just realized that I made it through New Year's Eve without coffee or an energy drink.

I opened up the window blinds to let the sun it. It was nice.
I normally don't open my blinds because people can, in theory, see inside my place. But the opened blinds and the morning sun was really nice. My spirits were not down, but the sun lit room lifted them. I opened the blinds for my kitchen's sliding door. Lots of sun and ... something (animal, not human) left a couple large turds on my back steps. I have no idea what animal left me this gift.

In the past, I've seen similar turds on a tree stump in the backyard.

Now the fun part is to imagine what would someone from Slapped Ham possibly think?
The animal turd would become the turd of some cryptid, or possibly a skinwalker, or a shadow demon trying to get into my home and leaving the turd because I rarely use that door, so it cannot get in.

FF (foolish fact, not fun fact): I remember years ago seeing the program title about Skinwalker Ranch. Of course, without double checking, I thought that the title was spin off Skywalker Ranch, and the Skinwalkers were females. That's what I thought for several years until I found out it was about shapeshifters from folklore. It's on the History Channel, so when I thought it was some reality show exploiting female bodies, I thought they sunk really low. But when I learned the truth, I thought that was okay.

Turds made me laught.

The buses are bussing again today. Don't plan to go anywhere, but still like to know they're there.
