I confess that seems a little dangerous it doesn't take much for someone to pass out from lack of blood flow to the head if anybody is familiar with grappling /Jujitsu /mix martial arts /or any type of fight techniques ,they can tell you it doesn't take long for someone to pass out and not even know what happen .

The good thing is that there were other people around while she was doing the blood pressure cuff around the neck.
