It's Dec. 1 over here, and there's no snow on the ground. 8O

[I've got two Playmobil Advent Calendars. One is nearly 20 years old and kind of falling apart, and is a forest scene with animals. My newer one, which I got a couple years ago, is made up of samurai, a dragon, some treasure and an old mystical wizard. It's not very Christmas-y, but I like it.

On the 21st.
Then the sun will stand still (die) for 3 days before it is reborn (resurrected) on the 25th.
Anyone drawing any parallels here?

silly aussie, it'll be the winter solstice.

Too much standing on my head.

For some reason, I'm thinking of the advertisement:

"Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!"

Trix is a fruit cereal.

A fruit cereal?
Well I suppose cereal grains are technically the fruit of the cereal?
It's amazing how many things I've never heard of before.
I assume it's cereal with dried fruit added?

Artificial, or natural.

Like Froot Loops for example.

I guess maybe it's sort of a misnomer.....

But we Americans tend to call things like Froot Loops "fruit cereals." Because of the fruit flavor, rather than the fact of the existence of actual fruit.

I believe we still have "Fruity Pebbles," named after the little baby on the Flintstones cartoon. They are like fruit-flavored Rice Krispies.

Good evening All,

I think I am going mad. I am sure I just see a message on here from Zach?
I will squirt some flea spray in my ears.

There's a song by the Steve Miller Band called "Fly Like an Eagle."

Reminds me of the flying we were doing last night.

^I like the songstress' other songs, too. [Fujita Maiko.] She's done loads, but here's some of my favourites:
